The challenge

More products, more channels, more partners, and no one connecting them.

In hemp wellness, product education, consistent branding, and careful claims all matter. As New Horizon grew its lineup, search, the storefront, launches, email, and outside partners needed to work as one program instead of separate projects.

What we did

One program, five workstreams.

Clear product messaging, an easier customer journey, and tools the team could reuse.

  1. 01 · Search & Shopify contentPages that answer the shopper.
    • Rewrote collection copy for gummies and drops, balancing search language with plain product explanations.
    • Product titles, meta descriptions, and URL structure for the Higher Dose line.
    • FAQ and product copy on strength, side effects, responsible use, shipping limits, and changing hemp rules, with unsupported claims edited out.
  2. 02 · Product launchHigher Dose: Lifted Melon.
    • Positioning that set the 15 mg THC gummy apart from lower-strength SKUs, with clear potency and honest expectations.
    • Product and FAQ copy, search metadata, and subscription vs. one-time pricing backed by competitor benchmarks.
    • Packaging and lifestyle mockup concepts for the storefront and campaigns.
  3. 03 · Brand directionOne look, storefront to inbox.
    • A working visual guide drawn from the storefront and packaging: core palette, accent colors per product line, type hierarchy, and email-safe font fallbacks.
    • Direction for photography, layout, and calls to action across site and email.
  4. 04 · Customer trustAnswering every review well.
    • A response library for positive, mixed, and critical reviews: respectful, specific about dosage differences, never overstating benefits.
    • Clearer back-in-stock, subscription, and FAQ language across the storefront.
  5. 05 · Growth leadershipPartners held to a plan.
    • A fractional leadership scope spanning SEO, paid media, email, creative, UGC, and Shopify conversion.
    • KPI framework (CAC, AOV, LTV, ROAS, checkout conversion) and a 30/60/90-day roadmap.
    • Vendor scope and handoff checklists, plus an access-continuity plan for ad accounts, pixels, and creative during an agency transition.
Email & lifecycle

A Klaviyo system built to reuse.

Instead of building every email from scratch, we built modules: a universal header and footer, a trust bar for shipping, third-party testing, and support, a subscription value block, and back-in-stock buttons. Then a list-health plan with engagement and sunset segments, and sending-domain setup for multiple email services.

Too many channels, not enough connection?

We’ll pull it into one plan. Your first conversation is with Dan.
