Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This policy explains what this site collects when you visit or send us a note, why, and how to change your mind. Taste & Telemetry is responsible for that information.
Information we collect
When you send the form on the Let’s Talk page, we keep what you enter: your name, email, business, and what you would like help with. If you then pick a time, the scheduling tool that shows the calendar receives the details you give it there. When you click a link to start a conversation, we count that click with the page, the campaign tags in the link and your general device type and region, but nothing that identifies you or your browser. With your consent, we also remember the pages you viewed during the visit and give your browser a random ID, so we can see which pages lead to a conversation. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 records the pages you view, your approximate city, your device and browser, and how you arrived, and Microsoft Clarity records how the page is used, including clicks and scrolling. None of these optional tools runs until you accept, and declining leaves the site fully usable.
How we use information
What you send through the form is used to reply to you and prepare for the conversation. We do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask. Click counts, the visit log, analytics and session recordings are used to understand which pages help people decide to get in touch, so the site can be improved. Your information is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.
Sharing
Form submissions and the visit log are kept in our own content system and read only by the Taste & Telemetry team. Google LLC processes analytics data and Microsoft Corporation processes session recordings on our behalf. Neither receives anything until you consent.
Retention
Form submissions are kept for as long as we are in conversation or working together, then up to two years. Click counts and the visit log are kept for up to two years. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set on the account. Microsoft Clarity keeps session recordings for thirty days.
Your choices
You can accept or decline measurement when you first visit, and change that choice at any time with the cookie choices link at the bottom of every page. To see, correct or delete what you sent us, email hello@tasteandtelemetry.com.
