The challenge

Couples fall for Longview when they walk in. Online, nothing showed them why.

There were no brand guidelines, the website didn’t reflect the place, and no analytics were set up. Nobody could see how the site was performing or where couples dropped off.

01 · Brand foundation

Brand first, so everything after it agrees.

Longview didn’t have brand guidelines, so we built them before designing a single page: how the estate looks, sounds, and presents itself, with a package of assets the team can keep using.

02 · Website

A site that feels like the estate.

We built the entire website from scratch on the new brand. Large, honest photography of the house and grounds does the selling, and every page leads toward the next step: planning a visit.

  • Built around the visitA dedicated visit page gives couples a clear reason to come see it in person.
  • The details couples ask aboutDining and beverage, spaces, and logistics are easy to find, so fewer questions stand between a couple and an inquiry.

03 · Measurement

From no data to decisions made on evidence.

Before, there was no way to know what the website was doing. Now Longview can see how couples find the site, what they look at, and where they hesitate.

  • Google AnalyticsWhere visitors come from and which pages lead to inquiries.
  • Google Search ConsoleWhat couples search for when Longview shows up.
  • Microsoft ClaritySession recordings and heatmaps that show where people hesitate.

04 · Reviews into marketing

Last season’s couples help book the next.

After the wedding, couples are asked for a review. The best ones go back out as social content, so future couples hear about Longview from people who just got married there.
