From a local studio class to multiple $50K+ months.

When we started, Brooke had 15K followers, no brand, and no digital courses. She taught a breathwork and fascia class twice a month in a local yoga studio. Today she has an audience of about 800K, seven revenue lines, and essentially no paid ad spend.

The situation

A gifted teacher, a local studio, and nothing to sell online.

Brooke’s work was changing people’s lives, a room at a time. She had about 15,000 followers, no defined brand, and no digital products. Her income depended on a breathwork and fascia class she taught twice a month in a local yoga studio. We built the business around her expertise: the brand, the site, the programs, and the systems that let it grow. As the audience and offers multiplied, new problems showed up.

What we found.

  1. 01

    The best channel was invisible.

Our analysis showed Instagram was the top converter, hidden inside “Direct” because the comment-to-DM automation strips referral data. The system was working so well it hid itself.

  2. 02

    Revenue came in spikes.

Launches worked, then the numbers fell back. There was no repeatable engine between them.

  3. 03

Nobody could say where the money went.

Three payment processors and two bank accounts, with no reconciled view tying them together.

01 · Brand foundation

Look the part first. Then grow.

Growth work pays off faster when the brand already earns trust. So we started there.

  • A brand guide from zero

Brooke had no defined brand. We built the full guide, then designed and developed the website on it.

  • Comments that grow the list

An Instagram comment triggers a DM with a free resource and adds that person to the email list automatically, so attention becomes subscribers without anyone lifting a finger.

Automation map: three Instagram comment triggers branch by keyword into reply-to-comment, tag, Instagram DM, and webhook steps that add each commenter to the email list
The comment → DM → email automation: three keyword triggers, each replying, tagging, sending the right free resource, and adding the commenter to the list.

02 · Launch engine

From one-off launches to a method.

  • The 28-Day Musical Breathwork Immersive

A done-with-you program for a 100-person founding cohort: daily email guidance, five live sessions with Brooke, a coached private community, and a guarantee tied to each participant’s own Day 1 and Day 28 results. We built its own site and sign-in app on a dedicated subdomain.

  • A personal results dashboard

Built for the first cohort, a $25K+ month: a 60-second daily check-in feeds each participant’s dashboard, so they watch their breath hold, mobility, and habits improve. The same data powers the guarantee.

  • The July bundle

Built around a five-day masterclass: 23 paid orders, bought by 55% of course buyers, and 77% of that month’s Mighty Breath sales.

03 · Infrastructure

A store built to be found.

  • Moved to Shopify

We migrated the site from GoHighLevel to Shopify and restored ad tracking natively, keeping the certification funnel on its own subdomain.

  • A searchable podcast library

74+ episode pages, generated automatically from the store’s data, so every episode can be found in search.

  • Search and AI visibility

A plan for search engines and AI assistants, including an llms.txt file that tells AI tools what the site offers.

04 · Operating clarity

One view of the whole business.

  • Books that match

Twenty months of sales across three payment processors and two bank accounts, reconciled to the accountant’s numbers.

  • Revenue and expense dashboards

Interactive views down to the individual transaction.

  • Operations and support maps

16 areas of the business mapped with owners, cadences, and automations, which surfaced the gaps. Then customer support was mapped and handed back to Brooke.

Dan Huerter, Founder

“I’ve built and run brands, and I’ve worn every C-level hat. I know what it feels like to look at payroll and not know how you’ll cover it if the next launch, or the next agency, doesn’t work. That’s why we work inside the business, not beside it. For Musical Breathwork, that meant the brand, the site, the launches, the data, and the books, in one view. Expertise is the hard part, and Brooke already had it. Turning it into a business that compounds is a systems problem.”

Your expertise deserves a real business.

If you teach something people need and the business hasn’t caught up yet, let’s talk.
